What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Community Moderator in a global web environment to join our growing team. Your role is to help us grow and nurture Energi’s online presence and drive engagement with our community. You will be responsible for managing all community interactions and customer support across all Social Media and Chat platforms.
To be an ideal candidate, you should have great communication and be a patient, empathetic listener. You should also be a good problem solver with effective time management and a willingness to grow and improve.

What You Will Do
- Moderate Chat and Social Media comments and posts
- Provide basic technical support to the community
- Answer questions as needed
- Be available for the community at scheduled work times
- Understanding of cryptocurrency functionality — in particular PoS and masternodes
- Customer service and/or technical support experience
- Experience in Discord, Telegram, and Social Media
- Enjoy the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing company
- Self-driven and able to multitask with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
- Fluent English communicator
- Passionate and up-to-date on the rapidly changing world of cryptocurrency technology
- Values aligned with the Energi culture and values
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the Energi Community in Discord and how we operate
- Fluent in two or more languages
