One of our technology clients is looking for a few Chat Customer Support Specialists for their Technical Chat team. This is a work from home position. Chat Customer Support Specialists on this team correspond with customers via live chat (online instant messages).
Ready to help customers get the most out of the technology they love and deliver best-in-class service? Our client's award winning Chat Customer Support Specialists help customers by offering solutions, identifying opportunities and serving millions of customers – one at a time.
What does it take to help our customers with their inquiries? A great attitude and the desire to stay up to date on technology and the latest devices. In this role, you’ll come up with innovative solutions to help customers. Whether you’re answering direct calls or transferred call, you’ll work with the latest systems and tools to assist our customers.
Don't worry if you do not have experience with customer support. As long as you have a positive attitude and good communication skills (verbal and written) we will train you.
