CSS is partnering with one of the nation's leading Healthcare Servicer to identify Call Center professionals whom specialize in Health Insurance support! As a Patient and Provider Support Rep, you will primarily be responsible for assisting members or providers with health plan solutions.

This 100% REMOTE opportunity is temporary to hire as our partner is ideally looking for potential team members interested in finding their next long-term CAREER! The starting hourly rate offered is $18 to $20/hour – some flexibility depending on experience!

Responsibilities of the Patient Provider Call Center Rep Includes: 

    • Heavy inbound and outbound phone handling – must be available 80%+ of the day to provide member support as needed
    • Spending the necessary time building relationships with members and really get an understanding of their needs – not a call center role where you are rushing members to get off the phone
    • Supporting members to navigate the complex health care system through phone and messages.
    • Informing members' decisions by helping them understand benefits and care plans.
    • Helping members find doctors, and making smarter decisions when it comes to healthcare.
    • Assisting members to connect with the right clinical resource when appropriate.
    • Assisting members with improved financial outcomes by optimizing benefit packages and third party vendors appropriately.
    • Helping clients have an improved quality of life by understanding and optimizing their preventative services.
Required Qualifications :
 Requirements of the Patient Provider Call Center Rep Include:

    • 2+ years of experience in service-based environment supporting healthcare members or providers with claims, insurance, medical, healthcare, benefits, or relevant health plan items – REQUIRED
    • Someone who is empathetic, patient, and understanding is extremely important
    • Knowledge of Medical Benefits packages and terminology
    • Ability to follow HIPAA Regulations and proven integrity/confidentiality is A MUST!
    • A quiet environment to effectively work remotely and handle highly sensitive conversations.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skill
    • High Speed Internet
