Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Bid Research by identifying bid opportunities, uploading all relevant files for the bid to our internal systems, conducting price research analysis on bids.
  • Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Plan, design, and coordinated an employee handbook
  • Approval of timecards
  • Perform basic janitorial duties when requested and required onsite
  • Submittal of invoices to our clients
  • Others duties and assigned or requested

Requirements and skills:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • General janitorial knowledge

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • On call
  • Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Coos Bay, OR 97420: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
