- Conduct Bid Research by identifying bid opportunities, uploading all relevant files for the bid to our internal systems, conducting price research analysis on bids.
- Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Plan, design, and coordinated an employee handbook
- Approval of timecards
- Perform basic janitorial duties when requested and required onsite
- Submittal of invoices to our clients
- Others duties and assigned or requested
Requirements and skills:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- General janitorial knowledge
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Coos Bay, OR 97420: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
