Position Overview

The Emergency Roadside Service Customer Advocate is a challenging and rewarding position that requires passion and commitment to the well-being of others. It is a fast-paced position. The ideal candidate will be reliable and punctual as well as being able to think quickly, to provide solutions and make decisions on behalf of the customers.

This position is a minimum of 25 hours per week (this may include weekends).

This position is ONLY available in the following states: FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MI, MN, NC, NE, SC, TN, WI.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior customer service during every member interaction.
  • Respond to a high volume of emergency road service requests in a call center environment.
  • Respond to member needs with empathy and understanding while gathering information and providing solutions to get members back on the road.
  • Analyze member accounts to determine additional products and services that benefit the member.
  • Exceed performance metrics by following a detailed call intake process and efficiently working through calls in a timely fashion.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Willing to consent to a background check and drug screen.
  • High School diploma
  • 6 months of previous customer service experience.
  • Ability to upsell member benefits.
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a professional environment.
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
  • Ability to navigate multiple open browser windows and applications.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Call center experience
  • Some college


  • Competitive base pay of $15.00 per hour to start.
  • $500.00 signing bonus!
  • $250.00 bonus for perfect attendance during the first 90 days.
  • Shift premium for the evening and overnight timeframes.
  • Career advancement potential with up to an additional $1 increase in pay after six months.
