- Assist with offering an end-to-end exceptional customer experience to help ease any frustrations
- Send order confirmations to customers
- Coordinate order updates with internal team
- Communicate with designers as needed to verify customer purchases
- Follow up with customers to ensure excellent customer experience
- Maintain database by entering new and updated customer and order information
- Maintain a set work schedule while working remotely
Skills & Requirements:
- 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Available to work on weekends and holidays
