The task of figuring out your work at home mom schedule can be daunting. Being a mom is a full time job in itself, so it can be difficult to add in a job on top of it. When you work from home, you don’t have the luxury of clocking out at the end of the day and leaving work until the following morning. The problem comes when you are trying to work and maintain your house all at once. When you do too many things at once, the quality of everything you do suffers. The solution is to stop multitasking. 2. Make a Daily Schedule.

It’s okay to ask for help when you need it. Most moms feel guilty for asking for help, but truthfully, you probably will need some reinforcements when you are trying to work from home. Recruit a responsible teenager to babysit for a few hours after school each day so you can get some work accomplished without constant interruptions from the kids. Ask your family to pitch in on housework so you are freed up to concentrate on work when you have some free time instead of worrying about vacuuming or scrubbing the bathroom.
5. Get Up Early.

For those moms who hate mornings, this may sound like sheer torture, but take the challenge and you will reap some big rewards. Just by getting up one hour earlier, you can get a lot more accomplished during your day. Those precious sixty minutes before the rest of the family is awake will be like bonus time to get a jump start on work so you won’t feel like you are running behind all day. Mornings are the best time to tackle business at home because the house is quiet and you are refreshed from a good night’s rest.
