Hilton Work from Home Full Time Positions with Benefits!

Many of us are able to work at home doing customer service. It's by far one of the easiest ways to “break” into the whole work at home world. Many customer service positions will not only hire you with little experience, but they offering training and then “nesting” — which is a bit of hand-holding before you officially start taking calls on your own.

But many of us want and NEED real work at home. An actual career that is full time with benefits. Luckily there are jobs just like that out there – and today I want to share one with you.

What Does Hilton Have to Offer

Obviously, Hilton has been around for years and years and has a recognizable and reputable company name. Hilton was named as one of the “World's Most Admired Companies” by Fortune magazine in 2015. Hilton is in over 94 countries too.

With a long track record in business, with no signs of slowing down — there is certainly some security in working for a company like Hilton. Though younger companies offering customer support jobs are appealing as well, like Uber for instance, they are also fickle with very little security. Uber hired over 100 customer support reps in the USA, only to release most of them and send their support overseas to Manila. That might not seem like a big deal, but when people invest their time in learning a job and rely on their paycheck – as most do — having a company flip and switch gears suddenly can be disconcerting.

Because I've experienced this personally — going with a company that stands behind their employees, both brick and mortar and virtual, is really important.

Hilton Work from Home Jobs Pay?

Actually, it's pretty good. Especially considering you're dropping commute costs and other costs associated with working outside the home. Reservation Sales Specialists can earn $11-$14 an hour.

Hilton website:

The incentive program is for Reservation Sales Specialists only. Once mandatory training is completed, Specialists are eligible to participate in Hilton's iEarn incentive program. Base Pay + Performance Incentives for top performers have the potential average of $11.00 to $14.00 per hour.

As well — there is an opportunity to grow with the company:

Hilton Worldwide is a global company with nearly endless opportunities for growth and advancement for Team Members that exceed their goals, deliver top performance and reach their potential.

What Hours Can I Work? Is it Full Time or Part Time?

It appears most jobs are full-time. Because Hilton offers 24/7 customer support and reservation help — that means shifts around the clock are options. But with Hilton offering benefits like 401K and health insurance — even night shift sounds appealing. And though one might start on nights — those that perform well can probably look forward to moving to days eventually.

Hilton Website:

Hilton Reservations & Customer Care Team Members also enjoy:

Base Salary + iEarn Incentive Program
Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance for Full-Time Team Members — Eligible after 90 days of employment
Hilton 401 (k) Retirement Plan with Company Match
Exclusive Team Member Travel Discount Program
Paid Time Off
Recognition & Development Programs
Leadership Opportunities

Is Training Offered for Hilton Work from Home Positions?

Yes! Hilton not only offers thorough training with nesting help — it's mandatory. You are not left to figure things out on your own.

Hilton website:

What does the online training program entail?

For Reservations Sales Specialists, training is held in a virtual learning environment, all completed from your home office. The training period is a minimum of 4 weeks, to a maximum of 7 weeks long, based on performance. Participants work 5 days a week with an 8.5 hour schedule per day during training. Throughout your Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT), 100% attendance will be mandatory. You will also be expected to complete 100% of the online training modules, and demonstrate proficiency before graduating from the training program.

Do you offer onsite training?

Yes. For Customer Care and Corporate Guest Relations positions, you must be located within 50 miles of our Call Center location in Dallas, Texas, in order to attend several weeks of in-person paid training.

What if I have a question during a customer call?

You will have access to the 24/7 Support team available to help you whenever you need it. You will be able to reach them via phone at any time.

Who do I call if I have technical problems?

Final Thoughts on Hilton Work from Home Jobs

Like other major players — Amazon, American Express and Apple — this is a work at home job worth going after in my opinion. Though some shy away from doing any kind of “phone” type work — you're getting the training you need to succeed. They WANT you to succeed. To me — this is so important in a day and age where careers and working for one company for a long time is basically a novelty.

If you've got a quiet place to work, want full time (or NEED full time) with benefits — this is a no-brainer. Certainly, apply and see where it takes you. If I weren't already working for another company, I would jump on an opportunity like this one.

How to Apply

Hilton has a page on their site dedicated to those inquiring about working from home for them. You can find that page here. They've even got video interviews with folks that actually do this type of work, which is nice. From there, they break down the positions, Reservation Sales and Customer Service. You select the one that interests you most. You'll find an “Apply Now” link on either of those pages. Good luck!

Oh no!! I hate to hear that. But you could very well be right. Seems like once the word is out for jobs like this — it spreads super quick and jobs just get snapped up. But you’re smart to bookmark and comeback — that’s what I did for the Uber job I had last year — and it paid off.
