DocCash is a company that pays its participants for simply uploading documents. This is very similar to Oboulo.com. Sounds simple enough, right? But is there more to it than that? Can you earn a decent income just by uploading documents? Here is a look into DocCash and how you may (or may not) make money by becoming part of this work-at-home business.

DocStoc.com, DocCash’s parent company, is visited by millions of people each month. These visitors are looking for specific documents that they need because they use SEO and/or internet marketing to advertise their website. When these people go to the DocStoc.com site in search of these documents, you, the DocCash employee upload the documents that, hopefully, match their search.

If someone views the document that you specifically uploaded, there are ads that are displayed automatically through the Google Adsense program (DocCash is an affiliate of this program). If someone chooses to click on these ads, a certain amount of money is paid to DocCash. The amount is dependent on the document’s contents, but ultimately, there is a fifty-fifty split between what they earn and what you get.

From this, Google will pay you every month, by check or direct deposit, but only if you reach the $100 minimum required amount. So if you earned less than that $100, you will not get paid for that month and the money will be held over to the next month where you will hopefully reach the $100 mark.

So far DocCash seems to be on the up and up. They have a good business model and it is similar to the way other

websites generate income. Basically, you provide content and advertisers like Google use that content to make money. There is also no start-up or enrollment cost to you so joining and setting up your account is absolutely free.

The Cons

You don’t have to share advertising viewing revenue if you sign up directly with Google’s Adsense program. You can even use many free sites like blogger.com to create your own website and write and/or upload your own content on that blog. It’s free too. However, if you are new to this type of business opportunity, DocCash may be a good starting point until you learn the ins and outs of this type of thing. After all, they already have millions of followers.

Plus, you need to really know how to generate traffic to your content using titles and keywords. DocCash does a lot of that work for you. You will gain considerable knowledge regarding traffic generation to your content which means you can ultimately do your own thing down the road when you want to make more money. Think of it as paid training, for now. In the end, though, you are still giving up half of what you earn which may not sit well with some people.

Another thing to consider is that $100 monthly minimum to get paid. If your documents are difficult to find or people are not reaching them, you will not be getting any of that “click on the ad” money.
