Make sure that you don't short change yourself when job hunting on the internet. There are so many resources out there. Granted --there are a lot of "so-called" job sites that are nothing more than fluff or are just plain ole scammy -- but there are good ones.

Of course you can check out the main boards like Monster and CareerBuilder, but be sure to check out the other resources that I have found. I've got a page dedicated to resources for hunting on the net.

I've also got more resources for specific work like clerical jobs, transcription jobs and even online proofreaders. This site is full of tid bits, info and help.

But do make sure when looking over a job ad that you research it. I always type in the company's name and see what info I can find on it. I try to find reviews, scam alerts - whatever I can drum up. With the internet it seems like it's pretty easy to find out anything! Kind of scary - but also good when you're trying to find out if a work at home job ad is legitimate or not.

A lot of times people will ask me about fees. "Should i pay a fee to this company so that I can work at home?"

I don't think you should ever pay a fee for actual employment. Home businesses, direct sales, multi-level marketing, money making information or programs.....yes, you will probably have to pay a fee. Does that mean it's a scam? Nope. Not in my opinion. I paid $10 to join Avon. I sell Avon to this day. I make money selling Avon. If I wanted to be a rep - I had to pay the $10 start up for for my kit.

If I wanted to know how to start....say...one of these programs where you get an affiliate website and sell ebooks or something - if I had NO clue how to do that - I might have to PAY for that information from someone providing it. I might have to pay to have the website hosted and made for me. Doesn't make it a scam. I'm paying for information and materials to "start" a business that I can do from home and earn an income.

I get tired of people screaming scam every time they purchase something and they don't make money. A lot of people sign up for Avon and don't make money. Why? Because they don't sell anything. Why? Because they don't put ANY effort into it. So why is Avon the bad guy?

If you sign up for some money making program. Say someone is selling info on how they make $2000 a month and they want to show you how they do it. Are they a scammer? Not necessarily. If they have a worthwhile idea and it's something they created and they feel it's worth something....and you feel it's worth something....why isn't it worth something?

I don't expect to walk in the store and grab something for free?!

And if I purchase info on a money making program and I make no money....for whatever reason....does that mean it's a scam? Nope. Maybe it was my fault.

So I guess I'm trying to say....take things with a grain of salt. Research it yourself. Sour grapes run rampant on the internet. Find out all the information that YOU need to make an informed comfortable decision from YOUR point of view. No one else can do that for you. No one.

So....

I do my best to make sure only no fee jobs are listed on these pages. Some jobs might require a fee - I do not guarantee fee/no fee!!  Please continue looking them over, and let me know if there are any on this page that are no longer linked or already filled.
