As a Sr. Program Manager for Spanish language programs with LiveOps, you
will play a vital role on our unique and progressive call center
operations team. We are the leader in the virtual contact center market,

our call center programs and the work done by our Agent Services team to
keep our customers happy. This is a high profile role where you'll take
ownership of programs for a growing demographic where your successes
will be recognized and rewarded.
As a Sr. Program Manager, working out of your home office anywhere in
the U.S., you will be responsible for managing full lifecycle call
center programs. Working very closely with our account management team
your mission will be to gather program requirements, coordinate and
manage the agent certification process, contribute to agent scripts
(including translating them from English to Spanish), oversee program
implementation, analyze results, and make program changes to improve
performance. You'll also be responsible for driving results and
exceeding client performance expectations for all Spanish language
programs. Key to these responsibilities will be your previous experience
managing programs in a call center environment and your fluency in the
Spanish language. It is imperative that our scripts follow the same tone
in any language so your Spanish will need to be fluid and
conversational. Solid analytical prowess, written and oral communication
skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment will
be critical as these skills will allow you to successfully drive
initiatives to the required results. As a senior member of the team, you
will also have management responsibilities thus any experience you have
