The key to making duplication successful, is learning the business right yourself.  

Follow the leaders of your business.  Watch and listen what they do and then try to duplicate their activities.  Follow the winners, not the whiners.

Follow the rules and regulations of the company.  Learn them and do them as written.  If you stay ethical and honest, it will pay off down the road. 

Learn it right, teach it right.  Learn to use the company as a resource to find answers to your questions.  Most companies have resource section or guide to assist with training.  If you can't find the answer, call the company direct.  There is nothing like getting it straight from the "horse's mouth."

Whatever you do, they will do.  Your enrollees will do exactly what you do.  If you do the business right, they will to.  If you do it wrong, they will to.  They will duplicate everything you do, right down to the last detail.  So, learn to be a dependable mentor and leader. 

When you make a mistake, say so.  There's a great deal to learn when you start a home business.  And we all make mistakes from time to time.  When you do make a mistake, acknowledge it, and correct it, so it won't duplicate through your group.  They will admire you for correcting the mistake and being honest about it.
