As a remote team member you will receive incoming calls from customers calling specific U-Haul moving centers across the US and Canada. Representatives answer general product/rental inquiries and secure/schedule reservations for U-Haul trucks, trailers, towing devices and storage rooms. Representatives maintain close working relationships with U-Haul staff and personnel while also assisting customers with their moving and storage needs. The Center Sales and Reservations department is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You must be able to work one weekend day each week and holidays. We offer paid training, flexible hours, moonlighters (part-time), and temporary positions. Applicants should have good verbal skills, must be computer-literate with abilty and understanding to install software applications, a clear speaking voice and general knowledge of United States geography is required. **This is a work from home (WFH) position, when you telecommute from home you must have your own computer, a reliable cable or DSL broadband internet connection and you must purchase your own headset.**

Sutherland Global Services is currently accepting applications for future Customer Service opportunities
Inbound call customer service position that will assist our customers with statement questions and order disputes.
Essential Responsibilities: (not limited to)
· Talk to customers by phone to answer statement questions and to resolve order disputes.
· Processes requests, verifies and validates all information provided by the member prior to submission.
· Ensures policies and procedures are followed when working with a florist.
· Accurately documents all calls in the application.
· Professionally responds to incoming calls and emails.
· Provides our customers with quality service by following the defined processes and procedures.
Availability: The position that we’re currently hiring for is a Part time position with 20-29 hours per week. The call center operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with the majority of the work occurring between 8:00 AM Eastern until 10:00 PM Eastern. We require flexibility to work shifts within those hours as well as some occasionally outside those hours and availability to work some holidays. The position will require working up to 40 hours per week during peak volume periods in the weeks preceding Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

A national compiler of new homeowner and equity data is now hiring a full time customer service and support representative. This is a virtual company with the majority of the work being done remotely from your own office.
Some experience or knowledge of mortgages, especially the recording aspect, is a plus. This position requires an individual who possesses proficient skills in Microsoft Excel. Skills testing will be administered during the selection process, therefore only those who are extremely proficient in Excel and Microsoft Outlook need apply.
