Inbound call customer service position that will assist our customers with statement questions and order disputes.
Essential Responsibilities: (not limited to)
· Talk to customers by phone to answer statement questions and to resolve order disputes.
· Processes requests, verifies and validates all information provided by the member prior to submission.
· Ensures policies and procedures are followed when working with a florist.
· Accurately documents all calls in the application.
· Professionally responds to incoming calls and emails.
· Provides our customers with quality service by following the defined processes and procedures.
Availability: The position that we’re currently hiring for is a Part time position with 20-29 hours per week. The call center operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with the majority of the work occurring between 8:00 AM Eastern until 10:00 PM Eastern. We require flexibility to work shifts within those hours as well as some occasionally outside those hours and availability to work some holidays. The position will require working up to 40 hours per week during peak volume periods in the weeks preceding Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
