Smart Full Charge Bookkeeper, Work from Home (Virtual)
Seeking very smart, energetic and professional staff accountant or full-charge bookkeeper for a cloud-based, accounting services start up. Work from your home office! This is a ground-floor opportunity with a veteran entrepreneur. Looking to scale to sizable virtual company quickly and offer employee ownership. Progressive culture working with interesting clients.
Required: A focus on details and a sharp mind. Minimum 4 years accounting experience and 2 yrs hands-on Quickbooks experience including A/P, payroll, G/L, A/R, bank/cc recs, adjusting entries, and monthly close. Professional services industry experience is required. Solid Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, etc. Must know your debits and credits and be familiar with GAAP. Normal background checks and proficiency tests are required.
