Neiman Marcus Directs Customer Care Center is accepting application for its Work from Home Customer Care.  Our next targeted training is for Spring 2010.

Representatives will assist customers who are placing inbound phone or online orders.  Representatives provide exceptional customer service, always exceeding the customers expectations.  Customer Care Representatives will be completing transactions in real time, working simultaneously with multiple software applications; consistently following up on promises and commitments on a timely basis; appropriately identifying and escalating unresolved issues

- Reliable, enthusiastic, flexible, outgoing, and willing to travel in local area.
- Teaching experience preferred but not required.
