Inbound Customer Service – No Selling.
Seeking to fill open positions: vary from basic inbound calls, handling
general inquiries to high end “client-assistance” programs, requiring
exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism.
Pay ranges anywhere from $9.50/hr to as high as $18+/hr, depending
on the current program and company needs. You may choose to
work on more than one program at a time, if offered.
You are paid on a “per minute” basis for ALL incoming calls which are
automatically routed to your home phone via company computer. Obviously,
this means you will be required to work from your home, as we are a
virtual-based company.
Basically, if you’re looking for good pay with no pressure or stress, this
is your dream job. Work the hours you want to work on your own schedule.
Seeking full-time but may accept part-time (minimum 20 hours a week).
As an IC (independant contractor) you will not be limited to 40 hour work
weeks. You can work more. There will not be any taxes withheld from your
paychecks. You’ll receive a FORM 1099 at the end of the year for any
programs you’ve participated in, so you can file your taxes yourself.
Requirements:
One year minimum of successful customer service experience. Must be able
to be professional with professionals with the highest integrity. Need to be
upbeat. Must be serious and willing to work at least 20 hours per week.
An ideal candidate would have specific experience dealing with business
clients via the phone with a high degree of professionalism. A clear and
understandable speaking voice is an absolute must!

larger companies find, attract and secure high quality applicants
